Gotham City Racing is a Professional Drag Racing Team that currently fields two Nitro Funny Cars that compete in the 2008 NHRA PowerAde Championship Series.

The first car, driven by Melanie Troxel, will compete in all 24 PowerAde Championship Races in 2008. Melanie is a very accomplished driver and one of only 14 drivers in the history of NHRA Drag Racing to win a National Event in both Top Fuel Dragster and Fuel Funny Car.

So far in 2008, the second car has been driven by Frank Hawley, a two time world champion in nitro funny, by Mark Oswald, also a former world champion nitro funny car driver and by Mike Ashley. Our future sponsors and marketing partners will work with the owners to select the driver that they want to represent them.
